My name is David Suprose, I'm an equity research analyst at Alliance Bernstein. So what I do is analyze publicly traded companies, I help manage a portfolio of publicly traded companies on behalf of both institutional and individual investors. My job is to look at financial data and determine the value of companies, invest in undervalued companies or companies with very good growth prospects. I've focused in healthcare, so I'm a healthcare equity analyst. Every day we hear about healthcare and healthcare costs and a lot of my investment and my investment process has to figure that into the companies that we invest in so when we think about future growth or future prospects we wanna understand the risks that are associated with that as well. One of the companies that we invest in is an animal health company. So they make medicines for pets as well as livestock. It's an interesting niche inside of the broader healthcare spectrum. Going back to what I had said earlier about healthcare in the united states, this is animal healthcare, so people are more willing to spend on their pets maybe even more so than themselves. So it's an interesting story, very innovative company. So their bringing medicines that really help peoples cats and dogs, and really help people who are producing livestock in a more efficient way. We like to gauge companies that are able to provide a investment return of 15% a year. So that's the hurdle that we put on ourselves. Obviously in down markets 15% may be really hard to get, up markets 15% might not be as high of a hurdle as we'd like to have. My process specifically is long term oriented. That is not necessarily the case with all investors obviously. But we want a portfolio, a concentrated portfolio of growth stocks that we expect to hold for at least three years. The hours can be flexible, but that said I'm generally in around 7:30, leave around six. It is an office job, I'm in the office most of the day. I do get to travel a fair amount. That's visiting companies, visiting anything around companies, so healthcare I talk to a lot of doctors, go to some doctors conferences. That's a nice part of my job, so I do get to travel a fair bit.
