My name is Veronica Hill-Milbourne and I am Executive State Director for Pathways by Molina of Pennsylvania. Pathways by Molina is a national health and human services, behavioral health, mental health provider. We've been providing services across the country since 1981. My role as Executive State Director is for the entire state of Pennsylvania. We have over 1,600 employees and I manage a financial budget over $60 million. We provide an array of services. We have outpatient crisis centers. We provide substance abuse support, peer support for disability populations. We provide residential care facilities, workplace developmental support, career counseling, a variety of services to help people fulfill their dreams. Referrals to our programs come through a multiple array of modalities. We get a large number of referrals from community referral groups, physicians, and we also have walk-in services. We receive referrals from state and county agencies, managed care organizations and we do a lot of marketing as well; we're very vigilant in the community in terms of creating partnerships and making sure that people know about our services and the available resources. So, I have offices throughout the state of Pennsylvania. We have over 60 locations, and of course, because of the array of services, there are a number of opportunities for students to pursue currently in Pennsylvania, serving our market, our consumer population. Again, it's a very difficult service area. It's not what I call the sexy service area because of the unique needs of our consumers but certainly one that's very, very fulfilling. I do travel a great deal because I have the entire state of Pennsylvania, but it's exciting. The people that work for our organization are some of the best and brightest, the most compassionate people you ever wanna meet. Again, they are in this not because of the financial reward but because they truly are making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
